Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Indiyna Home (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By booking our services, you agree to the following:
Services Provided
1.1 We provide professional property staging, furniture rental, furniture purchase packages, and styling services as outlined in your booking confirmation and contract.
1.2 The scope of services will be agreed in writing, either via invoice, or email confirmation. The contract agreement takes precedent so please ensure your review the contract thoroughly.
1.3 We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to agreed designs or furniture items where necessary (e.g., due to availability or stock), ensuring equal or higher quality replacements.
Bookings & Payments
2.1 All quotes provided are valid for 28 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 An initial deposit of 50% of the total staging cost is required to secure your booking. On some occasions we may request that the full staging cost is paid upfront to secure your booking. This will be agreed in the contract.
2.3 A £500 refundable security deposit is required to ensure the safety of our inventory. Please note the refundable security deposit cost may differ and will be outlined in your contract. The security deposit will be refunded, via bank transfer, within 1 week of collection based on the satisfaction deemed by Indiyna Home.
2.4 The remaining balance is due immediately after installation unless otherwise agreed.
2.5 Payments to Indiyna Home must be made via bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.
2.6 All prices are exclusive of VAT (if applicable) unless stated otherwise. the due date.
Furniture Rental
3.1 Rental packages are provided for the agreed period outlined in the contract.
3.2 Extensions may be available subject to availability (or prior agreement) and additional charges will occur. Charges will be outlined in either the contract or communicated through email.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring the property is secure and suitable for furniture installation for the duration of the rental period.
3.4 Furniture remains the sole property of Indiyna Home at all times during the rental period.
Furniture Purchase
4.1 Ownership of purchased furniture and accessories transfers to you only once full payment has been received.
4.2 Delivery, installation, and disposal of packaging are included unless otherwise stated.
4.3 All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are available after delivery.
Client Responsibilities
5.1 You must provide accurate property information (size, layout, access details) at the time of booking.
5.2 You must ensure the property is clean, safe, and ready for installation on the agreed date. Professional cleaning services are available at an additional cost. If you require professional cleaning this needs to be stated and agreed to at least 2 weeks prior to the installation date.
5.3 Access to the property must be available during the scheduled delivery, installation, and removal times.
5.4 If access is delayed or denied, you may be charged for wasted journeys, waiting time, or rescheduling.
5.5 You agree not to move, sell, sublet, or modify rental furniture without written consent from Indiyna Home.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
6.1 Cancellations made 14+ days before installation: deposit is refundable less administrative fees (10% of booking value).
6.2 Cancellations made less than 14 days before installation: deposit is non-refundable.
6.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6.4 If cancellation occurs after installation, no refunds will be issued.
Damage, Loss & Insurance
7.1 At Indiyna Home we are fully insured and pertain the appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
7.2 You are responsible for the care of all rental furniture and accessories while they are on your property. You should ensure that your property is appropriately fully insured.
7.3 Any damage, theft, or loss will be charged at full replacement value.
7.4 We recommend you arrange insurance to cover rental items while on site.
7.5 Indiyna home will deem what is considered 'normal wear and tear' which is excluded from damage charges.
Liability
8.1 We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care.
8.2 Indiyna Home is not liable for:

Delays in property sales or rentals.

Loss of income or profits.

Any damage arising from misuse or unauthorised movement of items.
8.3 Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services paid for by you.
Health & Safety
9.1 We reserve the right to refuse installation or remove items if the property is deemed unsafe (e.g., building works, hazardous conditions).
9.2 If we have to refuse installation for any health & safety reasons, the deposit will not be refunded.
9.3 You must notify us of any risks or access issues in writing in advance.
Ownership of Work
10.1 All design concepts, styling, and photography remain the intellectual property of Indiyna Home Ltd.
10.2 We reserve the right to photograph and use images of staged properties for marketing and promotional purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing by you via email to info@indiynahome.co.uk
Termination of Agreement
11.1 We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, including non-payment or unsafe conditions.
11.2 Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments, and we retain the right to collect all rental items immediately.
Governing Law
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
