Our process begins with an initial consultation, either face-to-face or over the phone, to understand your needs and goals for the project. We agree on the desired result and timeline, finalising the design plan and outline the next steps. Payment is then made, and a contract is signed to ensure we are both aligned on expectations.
WE DELIVER & STAGE THE PROPERTY
The second stage involves arranging a date to deliver and stage your property, which typically takes place over one day. During this stage, our team will bring the vision to life, transforming your space and filling it with everything needed to make it attractive and appealing to potential buyers.
YOU RENT OUR FURNISHINGS
The third stage involves renting the furniture and accessories we’ve used to stage your property for a standard period of 6-weeks. During this time, you can showcase your beautifully staged home to potential buyers through viewings and offers, maximising its appeal. If needed, rental extensions can be requested in four-week increments to allow additional time for your property to sell.
STAGING ENDS & FURNISHINGS COLLECTED
The fourth stage is when you achieve your goal of selling your property quickly and at a higher value. Once the sale is complete, we will arrange a convenient date to collect all the furnishings and accessories, concluding our service and leaving you with a successful result.
